1. Who we are

2. Social casino, play money only
Lucky Brass is a free-to-play social casino game for entertainment. Chips, items and every other in-game thing ("virtual items") are play money. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value, and can't be cashed out, sold, or transferred outside the game. No purchase is required to play. Winning in Lucky Brass does not mean you would win at real-money gambling.
3. Who can play
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account. You may not use Lucky Brass where social casino games are prohibited. One account per person.
4. Purchases
You can buy virtual items with real money. Purchases give you a limited, revocable licence to use those items in the game; you don't own them. Prices are shown before you pay. A daily spending limit applies. Refunds are handled under our refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we remove what it granted.
5. Fair play
Game outcomes are decided by our servers using a secure random number generator. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots or scripts, selling accounts or virtual items for real money, or harassing other players can get your account suspended or closed, and virtual items removed, without refund.
6. Changes and availability
We may change, balance, or remove games, items and prices, and may end the service with reasonable notice. Virtual items have no value if the service ends.
Supporting the server
Lucky Brass is free to play. Players can choose to donate through our donation page to help pay for running costs (the server and the domain). Donations are voluntary gifts: they don't buy chips, items, cosmetics or any advantage in the game, and they're handled by the donation site under its own terms. Because nothing is bought, donations aren't refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
7. Liability
Lucky Brass is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country and state where Lucky Brass is operated. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
