Refund Policy

Virtual items are delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final. We will refund:

• Purchases that didn't arrive in your account.
• Duplicate or accidental charges reported within 14 days.
• Purchases made without your permission, once confirmed.
• Anything else your local consumer law requires.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your username and the date of purchase. When a purchase is refunded, the chips and items it granted are removed from your account.
